Our Congregation is proud to be part of the Jews for Food Aid for People in Gaza campaign. As part of that, we are participating in the High Holidays Tzedakah Campaign that is aiming to raise $180,000 for the Gaza Soup Kitchen.
These resources will ensure Gaza Soup Kitchen can continue operations every day of aseret yimei teshuvah, the ten days of repentance. The cost of the Gaza Soup Kitchen’s operations is $15,000 per day to run seven kitchens throughout Gaza.
Please give an amount that is meaningful and significant to you, helping to provide nourishing meals, essential supplies, and dignity to families in Gaza who are facing hunger, displacement, and despair. Donate here: https://givebutter.com/FoodAidTzedakah
Post a graphic on social media or pass out flyers about the Tzedakah campaign during services:

Food Aid Shabbat
As part of the Jews for Food Aid for People in Gaza campaign we are calling on congregations and communities to dedicate one week of Shabbat observance to drawing attention to food aid for people in Gaza.
